The Orlando part in the middle of the state is plugged with theme parks and wall-to-wall tourists. The Gulf Coast is populated almost absolutely by senior citizens, even though they do have some wonderful sports venues. The less said about South Florida the better! It’s easy to make fun because I live in NE Florida, the crown jewel of the state, where I buy and sell houses in Jacksonville. Jax is a family town, it’s a sports town, it’s a celebration town, however most pressingly it’s the best locale to invest in real estate for your future. The Jacksonville house values are inching ever higher, and the home you buy this week might be worth twice as much in ten years. More than anything I care about helping people find their dream home in NE Florida, however most of my purchasers are investors with an eye on future profits. Some of these apartment buyers even pay currency for houses, and will buy more than one at a time!
