My wife and I have been thinking about moving to Jacksonville.
Our family has been there for a while, but we have been in the midwest. I got offered a job that is located in Jacksonville and that made us think about moving. In order to take that job, we have to sell our home and move in less than 30 days. Just thinking about moving makes my head hurt. We bought our house for cash and we can sell it fast but I know we are going to take a loss. If we kept the property for a year, I think we could find the right buyer and get the full asking price. There are a lot of pretty houses for sale in Northeast Florida and we have been looking at lots of them. If we could sell our home fast for cash, then we would have plenty of money to put it down payment on a house in Jacksonville. My wife is going to fly to Jacksonville next weekend and be where they realtor. They are going to look at a lot of different properties that are for sale. While my wife is in Jacksonville, I am going to meet with a realtor locally. The realtor specializes in selling residential and commercial properties quickly. I don’t know if we’re going to move or not, but it’s nice to know how much it’s going to cost and whether or not it is even something that we can consider right now.
