My husband and I bought a home in Jacksonville, Florida sync the plan was to stay there for at least ten years. My husband then decided that he wanted to enlist in the service two years after buying. Now we are on the subject of the military. My husband had to live elsewhere for basic training for a whole year. Now they are shipping him overseas. I obviously need to come with him. The home in Jax is no longer an option for us. We will be bumped all over the place. Since my husband’s move is coming up fast, I don’t want to delay selling the home. I have looked for Florida home cash buyers instead of listing online. I don’t want to deal with the long process of selling. I don’t want to stay behind and away from my husband making repairs, painting, cleaning, and staging a home. I just want it gone and to be done with it. Sure I might be able to get more if I took the time. At this point, I am just drained. The Florida property home buyers are great. Getting a fast sale for cash has really been appealing too. Moving isn’t exactly cheap and the military is going to set us up with housing. So having a nice nest egg will be great. The Jax real estate buyers are very professional and have been going through the property to give me a price. I have a range in mind that I am willing to sign over. I hope we meet somewhere in the middle. I just want to be done with this so I can move.
