I’ve lived in Jacksonville since graduating from college.
I really love the area. The weather is fantastic, the people friendly, and there’s always lots to see and do. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my job. I couldn’t imagine attempting to keep up with lawn care, maintenance and all the complexities of a sale while living so far away. I wanted to move on with my life and make a fresh start. I didn’t need to arrange an appraisal or inspection. I wasn’t responsible for repairs or renovations. There was no worry over curb appeal, staging or showings. I filled out an online form and got an offer. I received the offer in a matter of hours. I accepted and we set up the closing for a week later. It was all very straightforward, smooth and simple.
