Rather than use a professional team he just sort of did what works.
The addition doesn’t certainly make sense with the rest of the house. The electric is not on the same panel, there is spare plumbing and also Heating and A/C. It is sort of a mess. It does the task well, but it certainly needs some sprucing up. When the two of us decided to update homes my buddy and I had some complications selling our aged arena. Everyone had complications with the addition. They liked the extra space but wanted a lot of replacements. They wanted an electric update, the Heating and A/C to be one system, and the space to be totally in line with the rest of the house. I agree, that would have been way better. However, my partner and I didn’t want to hire people to repair the addition. It would have cost a fortune. My pal and I did not feel the replacements would have made our condo that much more overpriced. My partner then found a northeast Florida house buyer that does money for loft deals. The guy just gives you a price and that is it. You don’t need to renovate, remodel, or even clean. I liked that idea so much. My pal and I went for it and I have to say, it was a smart idea. Having Jax money for house clients meant that everything moved so much quicker. There were no hidden fees or stress involved. My pal and I sold our condo in a day! Buying a new one was so much worse. I feel that the two of us are only going to do money deals.
