Choosing a chain link fence for cat enclosure

|

I have set up an animal rescue in the Jacksonville, Florida area… I take in animals that have been abused, neglected or simply have no one to care for them.

The rescue provides food, shelter, medical attention and love, and my volunteers and I do our best to restore every animal’s health and confidence; We strive to re-home these animals whenever possible; Over the years, I’ve taken in everything from cats, dogs and rabbits to horses, donkeys and goats. We’ve even had a couple of chickens, a turkey and many squirrels, then an crucial part of our quarterly operation is a secure enclosure; Because I never know what type of animals and how many we will be housing at any one time, it’s necessary to have many enclosures. This requires sturdy fencing. I researched the pros and cons of bizarre types of fencing… For the shelter, cost was a sizable factor. After some debate, I chose a PVC-coated chain link fence. This pick provides exceptional durability, visibility and safety. The smooth coating works to prevent injuries while still creating a sturdy containment for the animals. It handles animals of bizarre sizes. The material is strong enough to withstand digging and jumping attempts. Plus, we added a reinforced bottom section. Because of the visibility of chain link, the staff can monitor the animals at all times. Another benefit is minimal service. We aren’t required to paint, scrape or stain the fence. It resists corrosion, warping and pests. I worked with a local Jacksonville supplier called FencePro. I was triumphant by the free estimate, personalized attention and quick turnaround.
